I recently roamed in Las Vegas and I had the forethought to check my Bill when I returned (before I received my Bill). It seems that Telus likes to DOUBLE bill for texts, stating that I sent and received DOUBLE what I actually used. I contacted customer service and the representative could not be more rude, stating that I did send those texts and that they are never wrong. I find it strange that they state I used exactly DOUBLE what I actually used, especially when I kept meticulous records for business purposes. If you roam, RECORD EVERYTHING AND CHECK YOUR BILL!
I guess we will go with one of the other BIG 2 this year for our 200 phone contract.
