SO, Telus gets me for close to $500 a month, give or take a couple of hundred, EACH MONTH. I currently have two cellphones with Telus Mobility, a land line, ADSL, and long distance. They great part about Telus, they just don't care how pissed off you are with them. My true dislike started December 2005, when I asked them to active my ADSL. A technician had to come out and do something, as there had not been ADSL in my home before. This was a wednesday afternoon that this occured. Friday evening I realized that my landline wasn't working. I notified Telus, and was told they would send a technician out at there next available appointment. Consequently, I was without home phone service until the monday. I got a $7 credit on my bill for the mistake. NOW, I get to deal with the fact that my Telus cellphone has been out for warranty repair SINCE JUNE 12, and I may have to wait for another 2 weeks. Telus will do nothing about this. I BUY a Telus phone, through an authorized distrubitor, and have no recourse for when I am without MY cellphone for a month. Their opinion is that I received a loaner phone, and my issue is resolved. Really not though. I well definitely update as the sage continues.
