FIRSTLY THANKYOU FOR HAVING THIS BOARD
-What annoys me the most is their claim that they are doing everything they can for their customers. -This statement just angers me. If their statement wasN'T an outright lie, I'd be more inclined to not hate them so much.
Here's why Telus sucks: -phone calls to Telus who says bill shock of $2 is very generous -ridiculous bills of charges that are wrong but offered $2 bill shock to fix issue -representatives whom I ask to give me a credit for their mistake says "That's not how you negotiate" -offering only 1GB as "best deal they can offer for loyal customer" -failed to authorize my credit card for payment and says it was my fault for not following up -charging me long distance for local calls because the other person wasn't in Canada...basically don't dial 604 if you live in 604 area!! -customers who complain will never receive good customer service ever again...no matter what
I HATE YOU TELUS AND WARNING! NEVER GO WITH TELUS NO MATTER WHAT...
