Just switched from Shaw to Telus, what a bloody mistake.
I asked For a channel guide and they sent me an 8 page list. I had to go through every channel and create my own list.
TV went down, no cable nothing. Had to reset all cable boxes in a specific sequence. On hold with Telus for 37 minutes them I was guided through the process.
