i just spent over 2 hours trying to get rep on line so they can fix my mom's phone! what a load of shit! Darren Entwistle can such my hind tit! This multi billion dollar company can't even get their clients dealt with in a timely manner and...my mom has had nothing but trouble with her line for years...telus came around and said it was the line to her house...so FIX THE FN THING ALREADY! I was conveniently let go while on hold for the 3rd time! the rep had a number to call me back on but he never did! the idiot called my landline back when i told him to call the cell...my mom is 87 years old and they want to make her wait 2.5 days to fix her phone! are you fucking kidding me?! and that's why they let my call drop...because i'm a bitch and i'm not a pushover when it comes to stuff like this. i told them...i'm going to the media if this doesn't get resolved today and Darren's going to get an earful somehow...of course, he'll have his staff covering for him...ass hole!
