I have had a horror of a time with Telus saying multiple things in many things. From money that we owed them that was wrong to rates they got to .15 and they are now charging more.
The continuous problems with Telus are so frustrating. I am swear to others to never buy into Telus ever for anything as their international rates and hidden fees are hard to take anymore.
I am at a loss, I even had to negotiate for the rest of my bill to be put onto a credit card. That took almost 2 hours with a customer service rep. Omg what a bad company and their policies are terrible too.
My life has been subjected to wrong information from different customer service reps I feel like I am being punked by a carol Burnett show to see how a bad company is run with the slap stick in the comedy.
They are not training their staff as they should do and to they quoted me different rates in a week for I yet national calls.
Telus needs to be closed down fully
