So I'm a student, on pay and talk...never use the phone that much only to txt. so i top up my account with $25 and then add a bundle with unlimited txting and 1000 talk mins...like i said i never really use it to phone. Anyways i do that...and i can't txt or call...im thinking its just because i hadn't added money to it in a while. I phone telus up, they say that i need money in my account so that the bundle i paid for will work. so bassically i have to spend an extra $10 just to use my phone. whats the purpose of having that extra bit of money on there...it'll expire in a month anyways and probably wont get used. Absolutely stupid, just another way for them to empty your pockets.
