I wanted to change my phone service from Shaw to Telus. One piece of advice:" Don't do it!!" Hours of telephone prompting " Say phone for phone service" nowhere can you say "new hookup or new phone?" You have to guess. Hours of being on hold I am told they cannot call me before coming over, so I have to stay home for 2 hours. Well to my wonderful surprise they do not show up at all and do not even phone to say they will not be there. So I call Telus to find out what is going on and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and could not tell me why they did not show. I told them to call me when they are ready for my business. Talked to two people at work about Telus and they were treated the same way, except one waited 8 hours and no show. !!!! STAY AWAY FROM TELUS
