LOL, what a bunch of dummies, Over a year ago, I had telus at my apt. I moved, tried to get them to transfer the service. First I couldn't get anyone on the phone, in my humble opinion their incoming call center was all messed up. Then they couldn't understand what I wanted and kept trying have me take over the account from the people that had moved out. The people on the phone got confused easily in my opinion.
Then they finally get it, say they'll send someone over. Of course, they never did. So I called and they said, oh I had to pay for the the previous month's bill which I owed some money on AND the next month's bill in order to get my install done. Fine, I do that, then they tell me they can't install for over a month. ( I think it was a month, maybe two weeks, in any event my roomie was looking for a job and couldn't wait weeks). I called shaw, they could be there in a couple of days, so I called Telus and cancelled. They SAID I'd get my money back within 2 billing cycles. So, over a year later, each month I get a statement saying they owe me 35.42 (or something close to that amount) and I'll be recieving a cheque.
As I said, bunch of dummies!!(in my opinion)

Actually, they ARE a bunch of dummies. No ifs ands or buts about it. Go ahead TELUS, sue me for slander. The proof is in the pudding.
