My internet and cable has been down for a week they keep saying they are fixing it and do nothing I called 5 times this week and was told everything would be fixed in 24 hours its been nearly 180 hours later so I called again to complain. I asked for a break or some kind of customer serves they told me they can do nothing and where completely rude to me on the phone. i asked then to wave the disconnection fee and they declined even after my true horror stories about there poor service. So strait up Telus just robbed me for $120 cancelation fee plus anoth $60 for 1 full month of there serves with rude customer service and no break for a disatified customer. This is on top of them cutting on and off internet & cable tv for 7 days and all there lies and false promices and all there low level customer support from people in other countries most with no experience on anything to do with Telus and there corrupt polices and week customer service! Telus Sucks and will steel food from your babies mouth!
