;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D New regulations state that if Telus changes your contract and it is detrimental to the customer, Telus (and ALL other cell providers who have signed the agreement) MUST MUST MUST let you go WITHOUT PENALTY. Here is the bonus!!!!! They just changed the contract and when I complained... IT WORKED!!!!!!! What they did was to discontinue the "over the counter" exchange/repair process. Up until now customers with a defective phone ...i.e. tell them "my phone is dropping calls", could get a rebuilt replacement over the counter at the time they send their phone out to be fixed. Now this program is cancelled and Telus will actually TAKE YOUR PHONE, and give you a cheap temporary substitute while they supposedly repair your phone. Here is the link to complain...It worked quickly and easily for me... click on "use the online complaints form"....and PASS THIS INFO AROUND...TO ALL CELLPHONE USERS>>>LETS KEEP A CLOSE REIGN ON THESE BA$$$$TARD$$ www.ccts-cprst.ca/

While this is really good information, when did you first make your contract? When did this occur, and did you go through the CCTS to cancel, or did you call Telus specifically?
