For two years Telus has been withdrawing more than double each month from our bank account for our land line phone. Every time we call to coerrect the problem, a rep states that it is a computer error and that have fixed it. After a total of over 12 hours on the phone we are so angry with Telus that we do not know where to turn. At one point early this year that had credited our account for a $300 over-charge from several months of overcharging. The refused to credit our credit card but put it towards future bills. Every month we have to call them to adjust down the bill total. This amounts to theft from our bank account. We have even sent letters, e-mails and have even been promised a phone call from a manager - all to no avail. Any suggestions? Angry in Edmonton.....

Would love to hear from you. I actually am a manager for telus so would be happy to look into your case. Do you have a means where I can reach you?

First of all, Why would you give hese scumbags or any other cumpany in Canada access to your bank account? ?!!!! Go to your bank two years ago and stop payment for starters. Then call them and insist on speaking with a supervisor immediately. Don't let them off the phone until they do. Then if you still aren't satisfied...you know what I would do. Don't give them acess to your bank account again.
