New member and glad to see this board exists. I cancelled my telus services Apr. 25/07 and was told I would be charged the $120 cancellation fee as they said I was in a verbal contract(See similar thread). When Telus gave us one of their "we're going to give you this that and the other thing because you've been a good customer," phone calls they DID NOT AT ANY TIME MENTION A 3 YEAR CONTACT. From reading the other thread I am not paying the bill. What I would like is a contact name of someone higher up to talk to. Telus seems to be tougher than the KGB or CIA to get any info at all, I have talked with a customer service rep and her supervisor who refused to budge an inch.
If anyone out there knows how to contact anyone else it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Here is a Happy Ending to my story. I contacted the better business bureau for B.C. and within a week I received a phone call from Telus to say would drop the $120 charge. I guess they don't need the bad publicity and it is probably their tactic to take advantage of those who don't complain. Yoy can actually enter a claim to the BBB on line and it is given a case no. etc.
