I started on Teleus 2 months ago and it has been a nightmare. I could not access my account as to pay my bill whereby I sent an email requesting help that they conveniently replied the day they shut my phone down. Paid a $30 re-hook up charge that extremely pissed me off. I then completed the proper steps for direct payment out of my account to avoid the costly scenario but to my surprise I again receive notice that my account was over due. I contact Teleus by email to which again they answered just days before the due date. The support worker informed me that my account was not set up for direct payment that the information I was first given was wrong. I again followed through with setting up direct payment from my account, again my phone was shut down. Now I'm smoking hot so I again phoned Teleus and spoke with a manager who apologized for my predicament but refused to turn my phone back though my direct payment was set up. The manager informed me that direct payment takes 10 days. WTF ! He refused to turn my phone back on unless I paid the outstanding amount with my credit card. I told the SOB that I could not trust them from taking money out of both my credit card and bank account.
