I am a very new prepaid Telus account holder, just need an account for emergency and some light texting and I took advantage of a phone offer, $50 prepaid credit.
I don't know if I have joined them at "a bad time" but in the first few days a slew of phantom charges, associated with web access, have flooded my account, at times when the phone is inactive, or I am asleep.
It is a simple phone, has spark installed and now blocked per my request, but even after blocking some access happened in the wee hours of the morning. I call Telus and they credit via "goodwill" and sort of say that they're having network problems.
Anyone else having this issue this weekend?
