The wife and I both got new Android phones by LG (Shine Plus) and love the phone! After having the phones for 3 weeks we make a trip to our campsite in the US and discover that there is a problem with our phones. We got a text message from Telus informing us of the fact that we are roaming in the US but our phones will not work. we can"t text or make calls. When we get home I contact Telus at which point I am told that it is a problem with AT&T in the states and to visit an AT&T store the next time I am down there. So a few weeks later I go to Las Vegas and walk to the nearest AT&T store to find out from them that it is a problem with the phone. So I go back to the hotel and spend $90 on a phone call to tech support with no resolution! At this point I am getting steamed. When I get home I contact Telus again with absolutely no help and I'm told that they are working on it. I contact customer care but it should be called Customer I DON'T CARE! I have now had to purchase another phone which works fine in the states and have a lump of Sh*t cell Android sitting in it's original box. No support from Telus or LG at this point and Best Buy wants me to pay $200 to get into a different phone because I have purchased the extended protection plan on this piece of crap that THEY recommended to us! I think it time to start burning down buildings or something because I have been completely screwed by 3 companies at this point! ARRRRGH
